Final balance payment is due by July 1, 2012.

PAYMENT LATE FEE OR RETURNED CHECK FEE- $35.  NAME CHANGE FEE - $50.

Please add $49/person for optional Carnival cruise insurance.  Optional prepaid gratuities are $57.50/person.

Carnival reserves the right to increase fares by up to $9/day per-person due to fuel increases.
