IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TRAVELERS:
(Travel Agreement)

TheConnectionClub.com is acting as an intermediary and agent for suppliers ("Principals" identified on any attached or accompanying document(s) in selling services or in accepting reservations or bookings for services which are not directly supplied by the travel companies-such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). This company, or any associated companies/parties shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which may result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, or reservations.

TheConnectionClub.com, or any associated companies/parties, shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel companies’ control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members.

TheConnectionClub.com reserves the right to postpone, change, or cancel any planned vacation package due to lack of demand (passengers). Our policy is NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS. However, if, for any reason, a planned vacation package is canceled by TheConnectionClub.com, passengers will receive a full refund. Customers will be contacted by telephone, email, and/or regular mail concerning this matter, if needed. If, for any reason, a customer wishes to cancel any planned vacation package reservation, the customer must contact TheConnectionClub.com by telephone, email, and/or regular mail at least 30 days prior to date of departure to be eligible for a possible partial refund, unless Travel Insurance has been purchased. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, unless Travel Insurance has been purchased.  A 10% cancellation fee may be charged.  Any trip itinerary is subject to change without prior notification. Customers will be informed of any changes during the specific travel package.

TheConnectionClub.com, or any associated companies/parties, are not responsible for any adverse medical emergencies or conditions. If any customer requires special accommodations due to his/her health, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform a representative of TheConnectionClub.com prior to the travel date. If accommodations can not be arranged for a medically-ill customer, neither TheConnectionClub.com or any associated company/party can be held responsible or liable for any adverse circumstances. No refunds or transfers will be allowed without prior Travel Insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to plan for and accommodate any medical illness.

Customers are strongly urged NOT to leave vehicles at any departure point location. TheConnectionClub.com and any associated companies/parties are not liable or responsible for any damages, theft, or towing expenses concerning any motor vehicle. The Customer assumes all risks completely. TheConnectionClub.com also reserves the right to remove, if necessary by force, any passenger(s) not adhering to any rules/regulations communicated orally or in writing to travelers.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.  LATE PAYMENT FEES - $ 35.
RETURNED CHECK FEES - $ 35.  NAME CHANGE FEES - $ 100 (After final balance due date.)
ALL SEATS BASED ON AVAILABILITY! 
IF NO SEATS ARE AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND YOUR PAYMENT PROMPTLY REFUNDED.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM US OF PREFERRED ROOMMATES.
(WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASSIGN ROOMMATES.  We can not guarantee compatibility!)
